For our founder, Jodie, it's all in the family. Her dad is an avid Pickleball player and started playing in his late 60s. Wanting to show his enthusiasm for his newfound favorite sport, he was walking around town wearing a tee shirt with a pickle on it holding a paddle. She told him, "Dad, we can do better!" From there, Everything But The Dink was born. A nod to Everything But The Kitchen Sink, we are developing and designing a robust offering of fun, colorful and playful designs for our apparel and accessories assortments.

Jodie recognized that there was an untouched niche in the market for Pickleball athleisure apparel and accessories as most of the product currently available is within the performance apparel and paddle space. Coupled with her love of puns, this was a match made in design heaven. She started designing some tee shirts for her father and started playing herself and fell in love with the sport, appreciating Pickelball's inclusivity, ability to bring generations together and camaraderie.

With an extensive background in the New York fashion industry, including over 25 years in design, product development and merchandising this next step was organic in its progression. She started out in sportswear working for Fila, Tommy Hilfiger and Nautica. Her love for fashion, sportswear, and now Pickleball in combination with her background have allowed her to create the designs that you will want to wear on and off the court.
