US DOMESTIC FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEES
Ground Shipping:
Orders Up to $50 = $10
Orders over $50 = FREE
Expedited Shipping:
Expedite 2nd day is available additional +$20 to above rates
Expedited shipping is not available on every item.
* We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States at this time.
All orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders received after 5pm EST will be processed the next business day. Orders ship out within 1-5 business days from receipt of payment.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns or provide refunds at this time. Please email us at support@everythingbutthedink.com if you have any questions or concerns.
If a product is damaged upon arrival, please send a digital photo of the damage. EBTD must be notified with photo verification within five calendar days of order receipt. Upon reviewing and completion of verification, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Once an order has shipped out, it is in possession of the carrier until it arrives to you. If there is a shipping error, please contact the carrier.
